Women Services Include:

• In Hall organization and Decoration
• Providing Teams for receiving and ushering guests
• Providing teams for onsite registration
• Coordinating with Audio Visual Crew during program
• Coordinating with Sponsors during set-up of their booths and distribution of their promotional gifts and literature to attendees
• Providing Sponsors signage during sponsored coffee breaks & Lunches
• Coordinating with event MC and providing event script
• Full supervision of the female section of the event.
